Include useful details
- Product, platform, version, and distribution channel.
- Account email or organization name, but never your password.
- The action you attempted, the result, and the exact message shown.
- A screenshot with private work and personal information removed.
- For purchases, the store or order reference, but never a payment-card number or raw purchase token.
Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, raw purchase tokens, complete manuscripts, privileged legal files, health records, or government identification by ordinary email. Support will arrange an appropriate transfer method if protected material is required.

Put Privacy, Accessibility, or Security at the start of the subject so the request can be routed correctly. A suspected security issue can also use the security reporting guidance.
