Privacy
Tyler Systems Privacy Notice
Gopsco Inc. does not sell Tyler Systems personal information or use Tyler products for third-party behavioral advertising.
Files remain local unless a feature, organization policy, or action you choose transfers them to a connected Tyler service or an external provider.
Information we process
Public site and security records
When a browser or application contacts a Tyler Systems service, Gopsco may process the Internet address, request time, browser or application information, requested route, response status, and security events needed to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
Tyler account
Account registration and use can include your name, email address, password verifier, account identifier, verification state, accepted terms version, product access, organization membership, roles, devices, sessions, and security or recovery events. Gopsco does not store your password as readable text.
Enterprise requests and orders
An enterprise request can include contact name, work email, phone, organization, job title, country, state or region, organization size, products, deployment preferences, procurement timing, requirements, consent, private request credentials, quotes, acceptances, order status, and payment or provisioning references. Payment-card details are entered only on an authorized payment provider surface when payment is available; Tyler Systems does not ask you to send card details by email.
Product files and collaboration
Projects, manuscripts, documents, media, comments, annotations, messages, recordings, templates, and exports are processed according to the product, storage location, account plan, organization policy, and action you select. A local product does not upload a file merely because you open it. Connected sync, collaboration, publishing, support, or sharing features identify the destination and recipient context before transfer.
Purchases, licenses, and devices
Gopsco may process product identifiers, purchase and subscription status, order and receipt references, store purchase tokens for verification, refunds or revocations, device or installation identifiers, integrity results, activation state, entitlement state, and support history. Store providers keep the account and payment information they independently collect under their own terms.
Support
Support records include the contact details, product, device, version, organization, issue description, attachments, and correspondence you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or complete confidential works through ordinary email.
Why information is used
- To create, verify, secure, recover, administer, export, and delete accounts.
- To deliver requested product, organization, collaboration, publishing, and support functions.
- To verify purchases, licenses, devices, product access, and applicable limits.
- To register enterprise requests, prepare controlled quotes, record accepted orders, and coordinate onboarding.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, maintain reliability, and meet legal obligations.
- To send requested account, order, security, support, and service communications.
Service providers and directed transfers
Gopsco may use contracted infrastructure, email, app-store, payment, support, distribution, printing, or publishing providers to perform the service you request. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and apply their own terms where they independently provide a service. Gopsco may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and services, or as part of a documented corporate transaction.
Retention
Gopsco keeps records only for the period needed for the account or service, customer instructions, security, dispute handling, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, backup rotation, or legal obligations. Deleting an account removes or de-identifies associated data in scope, subject to limited retained transaction, security, dispute, tax, and legal records. Retained records are restricted to the applicable purpose.
Security
Tyler Systems uses encrypted network transport, access controls, protected account credentials, bounded sessions, encryption for designated stored fields, and logging intended to detect misuse. Security controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate every risk. Report a suspected issue through the security reporting process.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and relationship with Gopsco, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, or information about how personal information is handled. You may manage store subscriptions through the applicable store. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription, and canceling a subscription does not automatically delete an account.
Children
Tyler Systems accounts and enterprise services are not directed to children under 13. A product intended for younger users must present its own age-appropriate notice, consent controls, and store declaration before that audience is enabled.
Changes and contact
Gopsco may update this notice when products, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Send privacy questions to tylersys.support@gopsco.com.
