TylerBooks Studio support
Include these details
- TylerBooks version and Android or ChromeOS version.
- Device manufacturer and model.
- What you were doing, what happened, and the exact message shown.
- Whether this is a new purchase, pending purchase, restore, renewal, or canceled subscription.
- A screenshot with private manuscript text and personal information removed.
Never send a password, Google Play purchase token, private key, complete manuscript, or government identification by ordinary email.
Restore Google Play access
- Confirm the device uses the Google account that purchased TylerBooks.
- Open TylerBooks while connected to the internet.
- Select Restore purchase on the access screen.
- If Google Play shows a pending payment, complete or resolve it in Play before restoring again.
A purchase must be active and verifiable before TylerBooks opens paid access. An eligible trial opens the workspace with trial limits; production export requires a verified paid subscription.
Subscriptions and refunds
Google Play processes Play edition subscriptions. Manage renewal or cancellation in Google Play. Refund availability is determined by the applicable Google Play policy and law. Gopsco support can investigate TylerBooks access after Play reports a completed purchase.
Local project recovery
Do not clear app storage or uninstall TylerBooks while a needed project exists only inside the app. First create a project package or copy authorized exports to user-selected storage. Support cannot recover a manuscript that never left the device and has been erased.
Privacy, accessibility, and security
Use the official support address for privacy rights, accessibility barriers, or suspected security issues. Put Privacy, Accessibility, or Security at the start of the subject line so the request can be routed correctly.
