Contracting party
Gopsco Inc. is the provider and contracting party unless an order, store receipt, or signed agreement identifies another authorized entity. App-store purchases are also governed by the store's terms.
Product-specific terms
A product, channel, organization agreement, order, or service provider may add terms for that service. If a product-specific term conflicts with the general terms for the same subject, the more specific accepted term controls to the extent of the conflict.
