Delete a Tyler account or selected data
Deleting an account is permanent. Export any eligible user-owned files you intend to keep first. Files stored only on your device or in storage you selected must be deleted from that location separately.
Delete the Tyler account and associated data
- If you can sign in, open account or product settings and choose the account deletion control.
- If you cannot sign in, use the deletion request below from the email address attached to the account.
- Identify the products and organizations connected to the account so Gopsco can confirm the scope.
- Complete the non-sensitive verification requested by support. Never provide a password or full payment-card number.
Delete selected data without deleting the account
Identify the product, workspace, project, organization, support case, or enterprise request involved and the data you want removed. Some local data can be removed directly in the product or device storage. Organization-owned data may be controlled by the organization administrator and the applicable retention policy.
What is deleted or retained
Gopsco deletes or de-identifies account profile, authentication, product, collaboration, support, and other associated data in scope, including requesting deletion from service providers where applicable. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, security, backup-cycle, and legal records may be retained when required. Retained records are restricted to that purpose and are not used to reactivate the deleted account.
Subscriptions and organization access
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play, Apple, Microsoft, or other store subscription. Cancel through the store that bills you. Deleting an organization owner's account may require transfer or closure of organization responsibilities before completion.
