What to include
- Product version, distribution channel, operating system, device type, and affected URL or feature.
- Clear reproduction steps, observed result, expected result, and security impact.
- Minimal logs, screenshots, or proof necessary to demonstrate the issue after removing secrets and personal content.
- A reliable contact address for follow-up.
Protect users and data
Do not send passwords, signing keys, purchase tokens, complete manuscripts, payment-card data, government identification, or another person's personal data. Do not access, modify, retain, or disclose data beyond the minimum needed to describe an issue. Stop testing if an action could disrupt service, damage data, affect another account, or create a safety risk.
Response process
Gopsco records the report, validates its scope, prioritizes verified impact, and coordinates remediation and disclosure where appropriate. Product support may request a minimal test artifact or a safer reproduction method. This reporting page does not authorize access to systems, accounts, or data and does not establish a public reward program.
