Terms

Tyler Systems Terms of Use

These terms apply when you create a Tyler account, use a Tyler Systems product or service, submit an enterprise request, or accept a direct order from Gopsco Inc. Product, store, and organization terms may add to these terms.

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify support of suspected misuse. You must be able to enter these terms for yourself or have authority to bind the organization you represent. Organization administrators may manage organization-owned accounts, seats, workspaces, and data according to the accepted order and policy.

Product access and licenses

Gopsco grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased or assigned Tyler product during the applicable subscription, license term, or version license. Access depends on the product, channel, plan, account, organization, device, role, and order status. App-store purchases are managed by the applicable store. A version-bound direct license does not include an automatic right to a later major version unless the order says so.

Your work and content

You retain ownership of original work you create. You give Gopsco only the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, render, export, back up, or deliver content when you use a connected feature. You are responsible for having rights to imported fonts, images, recordings, data, templates, text, signatures, and other material, and for the accuracy and legality of what you publish or share.

Bundled assets

Bundled fonts, templates, designs, media, and other assets are licensed for the uses stated in the product or asset record. They are not sold independently and may not be extracted, redistributed, resold, or used to build a competing asset library except where an included third-party license expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tyler Systems to violate law or rights; distribute malware; bypass access, safety, billing, or export controls; probe another account or tenant; impersonate a person or organization; scrape protected services; interfere with service operation; or use another person's private or confidential information without authority.

Publishing and professional decisions

Tyler products can assist with writing, production checks, formatting, organization, research, or workflow. They do not replace the user's professional judgment, legal review, tax advice, medical advice, rights clearance, court-rule verification, accessibility review, print proof, or platform acceptance. You remain responsible for the final work and the destination requirements.

Purchases, renewals, and refunds

Prices, currency, taxes, term, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund terms are shown in the applicable store, quote, order, or agreement. A subscription renews only under the accepted terms. Cancel through the channel that bills the subscription. Enterprise access is provisioned only after the applicable approved order or contract condition is satisfied.

Changes, suspension, and termination

Gopsco may update products and these terms, suspend access needed to protect users or services, or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, fraud, or unlawful use. Material term changes will be presented through an appropriate channel. Where practical, users can retrieve eligible user-owned files before termination, subject to security, law, and product limitations.

Disclaimers and liability

Tyler products are provided under the warranties expressly stated in the applicable order and the warranties that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gopsco disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated. Liability exclusions or limits in an organization agreement or store term apply to that purchase; rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Privacy and contact

The Tyler Systems Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling. Questions about these terms may be sent to tylersys.support@gopsco.com.
